Together with our team and our clients I am co-creating a modern learning movement, building experiences and products for the future, based on research and practice, leveraging technology.

I think organisations should be investing in their employees’ learnability and integrating learning in the flow of work. After all, it leads to higher motivation, adaptability and effectiveness. You might even say that your ability to learn faster than the competition is the ultimate sustainable competitive advantage. And that life-long learning is the only real long-term strategy for individuals.
